If we are not in-network with your insurance, we are more than happy to see you as a self-pay patient.  We will file a courtesy claim to your insurance on your behalf.

Step 2: Book your first visit

Call our practice at (301) 652-7623 to book your first visit.

We also offer telemedicine appointments that can be completed in the comfort of your home on your webcam enabled laptop, iPhone, or iPad. Learn more about telemedicine.

*If a patient needs language assistance services for a language other than English or needs interpreter assistance for sign language due to the patient being deaf or hard of hearing, the patient must contact the physician practice directly 24 hours before their appointment time so that the physician practice may have the appropriate translator/interpreter available.

During your first visit, we will review your health history and discuss any questions you have about your health.

For a shorter time in the waiting room, please complete your health history in our Patient Portal before your first visit. After you have booked your first appointment, login to the portal, and then click into your appointment. You will find a link to any forms that can be completed online.
